Azin Massoudi Richa Selection Committee Advisor

Azin Massoudi Richa, the newly appointed Selection Committee Advisor at Leon Event Hall, is a dynamic force in the San Francisco Bay Area, known for her unwavering commitment to community service, arts advocacy, and political engagement. Azin's journey is a testament to her passion for creating meaningful connections and fostering community growth.

A proud alumna of San Francisco State University, Azin majored in Urban Studies with a focus on policy. Her love for San Francisco and a dream of working at City Hall led her to an internship at the Mayor Willie L. Brown’s Office. Her dedication and prowess to help people didn’t go unnoticed, as she was offered the role of a special assistant to the mayor in his Office of Neighborhood Services shortly before her graduation. This position allowed her to form lasting relationships with the community.

Azin’s professional journey also took her to Stanford University, where she initially served in the Medical Development Office. However, her passion for arts and community programs led her to a more fulfilling role as the events and communications manager at Stanford Continuing Studies. There she championed numerous public programs in the arts and humanities, bringing renowned figures on campus.

Beyond her professional endeavors, Azin’s heart lies in community service. She has been an active committee member for the Salvation Army Flower Power and has volunteered for several community and cultural causes and nonprofits. Azin’s efforts to promote arts in the Bay Area underscore her commitment to cultural preservation and community building.

Azin strives to make a positive impact in every endeavor she undertakes. As she steps into her role as Selection Committee Advisor, Azin Massoudi Richa brings with her a wealth of experience, a vast network of connections, and an unwavering commitment to serving the community.
